Discovery Village at Twin Creeks is in West Allen, off Bray Central Drive. They've welcomed neighbors here since 2011.
The part that sets them apart
The basics are included. Complimentary scheduled transportation. A calendar full of activities and a weekly social hour. Door-to-door trash pickup. Full maintenance. Pest control. Your space, complete with appliances, a washer and dryer. It’s all there.
Everything beyond that is your call. You turn it on when you want it. Leave it off when you don't. This will help keep your budget in your hands.
What you can add, on your terms
Not in the mood to cook? Catering is available, so a good meal is an easy yes.
Want your hair done without leaving home? There's a salon right on site.

Discovery has a 12,000 square foot clubhouse with resort-style amenities, plus a full-time Director of Celebrations who keeps a busy calendar of activities and events on track for the residents. There’s a movie theater, a card and game room, a fitness center, a business center and a beauty salon onsite.
Many apartments have a view of the beautiful saltwater pool and spa, cabana, and lush landscaping. There’s also a covered lounge area with ample seating for friendly outdoor gatherings and a full outdoor kitchen!
Add the social hours, the outings, and the full activities calendar, and the days fill up as much — or as little — as you like.

Should you ever want a hand with day-to-day tasks, on-site health and personal care services are available through partner providers. They're there when you need them.
