Just past the spacious lobby and lounge area is the Grande Clubhouse (it’s called that for a reason!) A grand rotunda rises two stories and a curved staircase sweeps down beneath the chandeliers, ornate iron railings and all. It's the perfect place for a photo-op when the family comes to visit.

The Conservatory at Plano offers Independent Living by Discovery Senior Living. You choose the home that fits your life now — a one or two-bedroom apartment, from a cozy floor plan with room to spread out. Pets are welcome, too, (up to 35 pounds).
The staff is warm and easy. You'll feel it the moment you walk in.
The Conservatory is on Ohio Drive in Plano, near Preston and Spring Creek, close to everything: dining, shopping, and medical and other services.

One rent, and it's all here. And everything bends to fit you. You pick the floor plan, settle in the way you like, and make the place your own.
Chef-prepared meals. Weekly housekeeping. Every bit of maintenance. Scheduled transportation. A full calendar of things to do. A 24-hour concierge with emergency response.

Social hour lands three afternoons a week in the Safari Lounge — a glass of wine and a snack with good company. And if you like to keep learning, there are TED Talks, lectures, and book reviews on the calendar, too.

The apartment homes have upscale finishes, including stainless steel appliances and granite counters. And you’ll love the seated walk-in shower and spacious walk-in closet. There are full-size washer and dryer connections, plus heating and cooling that you control yourself.
